The question is: How do we really lead? In our previous Campus Series, Lead Last, we learned that biblical leadership is not simply about being first or being in front. Leadership is about serving. But now, let’s take the conversation further.
What does the Bible really say about leading? How do we know when it’s time to step up?
When should we take the lead, and when should we step back and let someone else lead?
Because maybe biblical leadership isn’t about saying “Ba’t ako?” And it’s also not about saying “Itabi mo, ako na!” It’s about asking: “Lord, how do You want me to lead?”
